Mollie Wettstein Cullinane
Mollie Cullinane is an Austin, Texas nonprofit attorney and the founder of the Cullinane Law Group. For more than twelve years, Mollie has worked with nonprofits of all sizes, from emerging local charities to national foundations like the Dr. Phil Foundation in Los Angeles.
Mollie’s work focuses on setting up and managing strong and legally compliant nonprofits that have solid bases for long-term success. She provides risk management and offers practical solutions for sound governance. Mollie received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (2001) and is a member of the Texas Bar. She has been named a Super Lawyer – Rising Star for Nonprofit Law for the past two years (Thomson Reuters, 2012, 2013). She earned a B.A. magna cum laude (4.o) from Texas Lutheran University and studied at Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. In addition, Mollie has always been an active community volunteer and is a member of the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College, donating more than 75 hours of legal services each year.

Jeff Cullinane
Jeff Cullinane is a Texas attorney with a wide range of experience in general business law and litigation. Jeff started his law practice at a legendary local firm in San Antonio, Texas, where he represented nonprofits, family foundations, entrepreneurs and small businesses. He later became assistant general counsel at a Fortune 500 company, the largest private landowner in the State of Texas, where he gained valuable experience in general business law, litigation, real estate, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also served as Assistant Attorney General in the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
Jeff’s first case as a young lawyer was to successfully represent a South Texas nonprofit in obtaining a valuable gift in a will contest. He has represented clients before the IRS, has argued cases before state courts and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and has closed multi-billion dollar business transactions. In his career, Jeff has represented diverse clients, but has always maintained a passion for representing social entrepreneurs and socially responsible businesses that look to make a difference in their communities.
Jeff received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (2001) and is a member of the Texas Bar. He earned a B.A. from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Prior to law school, Jeff worked for the Irish parliament (Dail Eireann) in Dublin, Ireland and for the Texas House of Representatives.
